Services are accessible accessible on smartphone or laptop.

Mask (without exhaust valves) is required for in-clinic services:
Cotton masks • Disposable masks • KN95/N95 masks
If you do not have one, one will be provided to you.

  • This is for Telemedicine (Telephone or Video Visit) and Rapid Antigen ± PCR testing.
  • Due to uncertainty of insurance or government payment, pre-payment is required, and will be charged upon booking of the appointment.
     If and when payment is received, partial or full refund will be issued.

To conserve PPE, we only perform testing services up to twice a day in late morning and late afternoon.
If you do not see a time that works for you, please contact us. We will try our best to accomodate.
