COVID-19 Testing Services
Mask (without exhaust valves) is required for in-clinic services:
Cotton masks • Disposable masks • KN95/N95 masks
If you do not have one, one will be provided to you.
- This is for Telemedicine (Telephone or Video Visit) and Rapid Antigen ± PCR testing.
- Due to uncertainty of insurance or government payment, pre-payment is required, and will be charged upon booking of the appointment.
⇒ If and when payment is received, partial or full refund will be issued.
To conserve PPE, we only perform testing services up to twice a day in late morning and late afternoon.

After Day #3 since exposure, and before Day #5 since start of symptoms
